Responsibilities

• Spearhead client implementation, guiding the adoption of Paul's Job from inception to productive use, embedded within client teams.
• Comprehend and map client recruiting workflows, ensuring the platform fully accommodates existing operational procedures.
• Drive platform adoption, ensuring clients realize the promised value and achieve their objectives through effective utilization.
• Collaborate with our AI systems, leveraging AI for technical integration while you provide oversight, validation, and translation into the client's specific recruiting context.
• Act as the client's advocate, channeling field insights back into the company to contribute to continuous product enhancement.

Requirements

• Possess 5-10 years of hands-on recruiting experience, ideally within an in-house capacity, demonstrating a deep understanding of corporate recruiting processes from operational involvement.
• Previous experience with recruiting software implementation in prior roles is highly advantageous.
• While technical expertise is not required, as our AI systems handle the technical aspects, a strong grasp of recruiting processes and methodologies is essential.
• Exhibit strong client-facing and persuasive skills, comfortable engaging directly with clients, often at the decision-maker level.
• Demonstrate an entrepreneurial and self-driven mindset, being adaptable, open to change, and willing to take on multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Require very good German language proficiency, with fluency or native-level speaking ability being mandatory; good English skills are beneficial.
