Recruiter – Face Motion Video Project

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive recruiter or talent sourcer to join the Face Motion Video Project. This opportunity suits individuals who enjoy connecting with diverse people and are skilled at identifying qualified participants through clear communication and outreach. The candidate must be organized, dependable, and adept at maintaining a robust pipeline of prospective participants. Prior network connections, recruitment experience, or access to online communities are advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit suitable participants for the Face Motion Video Project.
• Establish and manage an active pipeline of potential candidates.
• Communicate project details and registration procedures to interested individuals.
• Respond to routine inquiries and guide participants through the registration process.
• Monitor participant referrals utilizing a unique referral link.
• Engage in timely follow-ups to motivate participants to complete the required video submission.
• Support recruitment objectives and contribute toward the overall project success.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Preferable experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, sales, community management, or outreach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills enabling effective engagement.
