Key Responsibilities

• Assist throughout the recruitment cycle to attract and hire top talent across global operations.
• Source potential candidates and engage them effectively to build a strong talent pipeline.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and fit.
• Contribute to employer branding and recruitment campaigns to enhance candidate attraction.
• Ensure a positive and memorable candidate experience from application to onboarding.
• Facilitate onboarding process requirements to ensure smooth integration of new hires.

Candidate Profile

• Possess 1 to 2 years of experience in recruitment or human resources.
• Experience in luxury, fashion, or retail sectors is advantageous.
• Exhibit excellent communication and organizational capabilities.
• Demonstrate a proactive, curious attitude with a strong focus on people.
• Be familiar with recruitment tools and platforms, especially LinkedIn.
• Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are favorable.
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related disciplines.
