Job Overview
We are looking for a Recruiter to handle comprehensive hiring processes specifically for Non-IT positions within the FMCG sector at both corporate offices and manufacturing plants. This role requires managing everything from sourcing potential candidates to concluding the selection and onboarding phases.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment activities for FMCG corporate and plant vacancies in Non-IT functions.
- Source and screen candidates effectively to ensure the best fit for roles.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews alongside relevant stakeholders.
- Manage offer letters and finalize hiring decisions promptly.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external recruitment agencies for smooth recruitment operations.
- Maintain accurate Management Information Systems (MIS) reports and ensure adherence to turnaround times (TAT).
- Execute timely closure of all hiring processes.
