Job Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Recruiter to source and onboard blue-collar Delivery Associates at our Hyderabad location. The role involves proactive field hiring activities and managing the entire onboarding process to ensure a smooth integration of new associates.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively source delivery associates by visiting local areas, posting job advertisements, participating in job fairs, and leveraging social media platforms.
- Lead vigorous recruitment drives in areas surrounding delivery hubs, marketplaces, and public transit points.
- Oversee the complete onboarding cycle, which includes collecting necessary documents such as Aadhaar, PAN, and driving licenses, conducting background verification, and enabling the activation of their access to required apps.
