Recruiter

Role Overview

We are seeking a Recruiter to take ownership of end-to-end hiring across various departments. This position partners closely with hiring managers to define ideal candidate profiles, source potential hires, conduct thorough interview processes, and secure top talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from initial intake through job offer for multiple positions.
• Source candidates using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, employee referrals, and direct outreach methods.
• Evaluate candidates for skills, motivation, and alignment with company culture.
• Organize interview stages and collect structured feedback from interview panels.
• Negotiate employment offers and support candidates through to their start date.
• Monitor recruitment funnel metrics and continually improve conversion rates at every stage.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum two years experience in full-cycle recruiting within in-house teams or agencies.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
• Strong sourcing capabilities, including expertise with Boolean and X-ray searches.
• Excellent written and verbal communication coupled with effective stakeholder management.
• Analytical mindset, measuring recruitment metrics and adapting strategies accordingly.
• Genuine passion for hiring high-quality candidates rather than simply filling openings.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary in the range of $60,000 to $95,000 USD equivalent, adjusted based on experience, qualifications, and location, plus additional benefits:
