About the Role

We are seeking a Recruiter, open to freshers, to join our team in a remote capacity. This full-time position involves working night shifts from 6 pm to 2 am IST. The core responsibility includes managing and updating clients' professional profiles such as resumes and LinkedIn accounts ensuring they are accurate, engaging, and customized to specific job roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and periodically update client profiles and resumes tailored to target employment opportunities.
• Identify and match suitable job openings for clients, customizing application materials to emphasize strengths aligned with job requirements.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients to provide status updates, collect necessary details, and discuss potential job prospects.
• Stay updated on current industry trends, changes in job markets, and emerging employment opportunities to better serve clients.
• Develop and nurture strong client relationships to promote client satisfaction and successful job placements.
• Collect feedback from clients and employers to enhance recruitment processes and improve client profiles.
• Handle all client data confidentially and comply with data protection laws and policies.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong organizational skills coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
• Capability to coordinate multiple client profiles and job applications at once.
• Awareness of the US job market and employment regulations is advantageous.
• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related areas is preferred.
