Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Recruitment Specialist to oversee the comprehensive recruitment process within the construction and engineering sectors based in Saudi Arabia. This role involves engaging with various departments to attract and secure top talent essential for project and corporate staffing.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and attract qualified candidates including Engineers, Project Managers, Supervisors, Technicians, and other skilled workers.
• Manage candidate screening procedures, conduct interviews, negotiate compensation packages, and extend employment offers.
• Collaborate closely with project teams to meet manpower demands and adhere to mobilization timelines.
• Maintain recruitment documentation such as applicant tracking, hiring reports, and ensure timely communication with candidates.
• Facilitate compliance with Saudization policies and manage Qiwa sponsorship transfer protocols.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possess 5 to 7 years of recruitment experience, ideally focused on construction or engineering sectors.
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of the labor market and recruitment trends within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Exhibit excellent sourcing techniques, communication prowess, and strong organizational skills.
