About the Role
We are seeking a skilled recruiter to join our team specializing in hospitality staffing. This position involves identifying, attracting, and hiring talented individuals across various hospitality roles from front-of-house to management.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and recruit top candidates for diverse hospitality positions.
- Draft and manage job advertisements on multiple platforms to attract a broad candidate base.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural suitability.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing demands and design effective recruitment strategies.
- Establish and nurture relationships with industry professionals, educational entities, and related organizations to build a robust talent network.
- Support new employee onboarding to ensure seamless integration into the company.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine recruitment tactics.
- Maintain recruitment data and generate reports evaluating hiring processes’ performance.
- Deliver a positive candidate experience through prompt communication and constructive feedback.
- Ensure recruitment activities align with labor regulations and company standards.
