Role Overview

As a Recruiter at Riot Games, you will collaborate with teams situated in EMEA, Mexico, and Brazil to source and onboard exceptional talent. Representing the Riot brand, you will foster an inclusive and thoughtful hiring experience, reflecting Riot’s commitment to their teams, products, and player-focused mission. You will also contribute to enhancing recruiting strategies and processes on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, including stakeholder management and interview coordination across all departments.
  • Develop and sustain global talent pools, identifying potential candidates across various geographic regions.
  • Initiate innovative sourcing approaches using advanced Boolean searches, targeted campaigns, community building, referrals, events, and specialized networks.
  • Engage passive candidates proactively, customizing outreach efforts according to role, market, and candidate specifics.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to grasp role requirements, talent market conditions, and form effective sourcing strategies.
  • Build reliable relationships with candidates and stakeholders, ensuring a seamless and high-quality recruiting process.
  • Monitor recruitment and sourcing metrics to evaluate pipeline health, address gaps, and enhance sourcing efficiency.
  • Maintain recruitment practices that are effective, compliant, and consistent across international markets.
  • Promote Riot’s employer brand to global technical talent, emphasizing culture, opportunities, and the mission centered on players.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years’ recruiting experience in the games industry or software development fields.
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment cycles, including candidate evaluation, stakeholder collaboration, onboarding, and international hiring for technical roles such as software engineering.
  • Strong background in talent operations, recruitment project management, compliance, and ongoing process enhancement.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in recruiting for or supporting game development positions.
  • A solid understanding of software development disciplines, roles, and talent profiles.
  • Additional language proficiency is advantageous.
