About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated HR Recruiter to join our team in the automobile manufacturing industry located in Kundli, Sonipat, Haryana. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing potential candidates to their joining and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes including candidate sourcing and onboarding.
• Manage manpower requisites across various departments such as Production, CNC, Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, PPC, Stores, Purchase, and others.
• Utilize multiple channels like job portals, professional networks, consultants, and employee referrals to source candidates.
• Review resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Arrange and coordinate interviews with technical and managerial teams.
• Handle salary discussions, extend offers, and maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Ensure smooth joining processes and support onboarding of new hires.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and generate recruitment MIS reports.
