Reconciliation Developer

Overview

Atyeti, a global business and technology solutions company headquartered in Princeton, NJ, is seeking a skilled Reconciliation Developer for its Pune office. The company specializes in enabling Digital Transformation for major investment banks.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain reconciliation solutions leveraging industry tools such as FIS IntelliMatch, DUCO, SmartStream TLM, Recon Frontier, AutoRek, or Gresham CTC
• Manage entire reconciliation workflows including Break Management and Exception Management
• Design, write, and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database components using SQL Server and Oracle environments
• Focus on reconciliation development primarily using IntelliMatch platform
• Plan and control job scheduling using AutoSys or Control-M scheduling tools
• Coordinate with multiple departments including Business, Operations, Testing, and Support to ensure smooth project execution
• Diagnose and fix complex reconciliation discrepancies and data-related issues
• Engage in full software development lifecycle activities such as development, testing, deployment, and managing changes
• Support continuous integration and deployment processes, including code packaging and release management

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 2 years experience working with reconciliation platforms and tools
• Proficient in advanced SQL including the use of Joins, DDL, DML, and Stored Procedures
• Well-versed in SDLC methodologies and change management procedures
• Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset
• Ability to operate independently and oversee project delivery end-to-end
