Role Overview

The Receptionist position at Leajlik Salon is a full-time, onsite role located in Mecca, Saudi Arabia. Key duties include warmly welcoming and registering clients, handling incoming phone calls, scheduling appointments, confirming bookings, and managing the front desk operations. The receptionist also supports various administrative tasks, maintains accurate booking records, coordinates with stylists and technicians, processes payments, and helps ensure all guests have a smooth and pleasant experience.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent customer service abilities to greet clients and handle inquiries in a courteous, professional manner.
• Experience in front desk functions such as reception management, appointment coordination, and managing walk-in customers.
• Effective phone communication skills to manage multiple calls and provide clear information.
• Basic clerical proficiency including data entry, file organization, record maintenance, and familiarity or readiness to learn salon booking or point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Strong attention to detail, effective time management, and multitasking capabilities in a dynamic environment.
• Basic computer literacy with the willingness to learn salon-specific software; training available.
