Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated professional to handle field service tasks such as installation, routine maintenance, and repair of electrical and electronic devices. This role involves working with equipment like dryers, clippers, tables, and controllers, ensuring their efficient operation.

Primary Responsibilities

• Carry out installation, servicing, and repair work on electrical/electronic machinery.
• Diagnose technical problems and coordinate resolutions with the service team.
• Keep accurate records of service activities and customer feedback.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and service inventory in optimal condition.
• Provide excellent customer service through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications and Skills

• Possession of ITI qualification in Electrical is mandatory.
• Experience in electrical shop or fieldwork is desirable; however, fresh ITI Electrical graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to read and comprehend English.
• Hands-on proficiency in repairing and servicing electrical items like dryers, clippers, tables, and controllers.
• Willingness and flexibility to undertake regional field travel.
• Demonstrated problem-solving attitude and service orientation.

Compensation
