Role Overview
This position serves as the first point of communication for phone inquiries, visitors, parents, and students, offering courteous and professional assistance to foster positive relationships. The role supports staff and management by delivering flexible and responsive administrative services, aiding the efficient operation of daily activities at the school.
Qualifications
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent relevant experience.
- At least 1 year of professional experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming phone calls, welcome visitors, and provide necessary information to parents and students.
- Facilitate effective communication throughout the school community.
- Distribute information widely to administrators, teachers, and families via emails, flyers, or phone conversations to ensure proper dissemination.
- Maintain various records, including logs of phone calls and visitors, registration details, class schedules, transportation routes, academic transcripts, and contact data for parents.
- Carry out clerical tasks and support administrative functions.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and appointment schedules.
