Role Summary

We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to become the welcoming face of our Lutwyche facility. This role serves as the main point of contact for residents, visitors, and staff, ensuring a positive and hospitable environment. Responsibilities include managing calls and enquiries as well as assisting with daily administrative tasks to maintain smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver warm and professional customer service to all visitors and residents.
• Manage incoming calls and respond to enquiries promptly and accurately.
• Support day-to-day administrative duties to ensure efficient functioning of the home.

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in administration or reception is preferred but not mandatory.
• Possesses a friendly, positive, and professional demeanor.
• Strong communication capabilities with confidence in engaging with diverse individuals.
• Excellent organizational abilities and a keen eye for detail.
• Quick learner who can follow established processes effectively.
• Demonstrates reliability, initiative, and a helpful attitude.
