Role Overview
The company is looking for a polished and approachable Receptionist to serve as the primary first contact for clients. This role is responsible for helping create a welcoming experience while handling key administrative tasks that keep the office running smoothly. The starting pay for this position is $15 per hour.
Key Duties
- Receive incoming calls, determine where they should be routed, transfer them to the appropriate team member, take messages, and arrange appointments when required.
- Support daily office operations through general administrative and clerical assistance.
- Keep filing systems and records organized and up to date.
- Handle additional related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills
- High school diploma or an equivalent credential is required.
- Strong spoken communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Customer-focused attitude with a pleasant and professional manner.
- Working knowledge of common administrative and clerical processes.
- Comfort using Microsoft Office and comparable software tools.

Work Environment
- Full-time schedule with 8-hour shifts.
- Pay begins at $15 per hour.
- Work hours are Tuesday through Friday from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm EST, and Saturday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm EST.
