Job Overview

Elite Edge Fitness is seeking a courteous and efficient Fitness Receptionist to manage front desk activities and assist members with their needs at our Pune location.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome and assist members and guests, ensuring a friendly professional environment.
• Handle front desk duties including answering calls, addressing member inquiries, and processing membership sales accurately.
• Organize appointment scheduling, maintain a tidy reception area, and support administrative tasks as needed.
• Keep detailed records of appointments, membership information, and daily financial transactions.
• Communicate clearly about fitness services, schedules, classes, and amenities to members and visitors.
• Support social media efforts by creating engaging posts and interacting with the online community.
• Adhere strictly to organizational policies and procedures for seamless front office operation.

Candidate Profile

• Availability to work split shifts from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 5:00 PM to 9:30 PM on weekdays.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills to foster positive interactions.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and eagerness to learn digital engagement techniques.
• Proven ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and perform efficiently under pressure.
• Open to participating in training and coaching programs provided by the Elite Edge Fitness team.
• Commitment to full-time attendance and maintaining professionalism consistently.

Compensation and Incentives

The monthly salary package ranges from ₹10,000 to ₹15,000 based on experience and credentials, with performance-based incentives that can raise earnings up to ₹25,000. Incentives are linked to membership sales, customer satisfaction, and social media activity.
