Job Summary
We are seeking a Receptionist Cum Telecaller to join Zenveara Beauty Spa in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh. This role involves professional spa service delivery combined with telecalling duties to enhance client engagement and support the spa operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver professional spa treatments, including massages and therapeutic services tailored to client needs.
- Accurately understand and address client preferences by recommending appropriate spa treatments.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness consistent with spa protocols and ensure a pristine environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service to guarantee client satisfaction and positive experiences.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Prior experience in spa therapy or massage is preferred; however, candidates who are freshly trained are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication skills combined with the ability to handle customers effectively.
Compensation
Salary ranges from ₹15,000 to ₹40,000 per month based on experience and skills.
