Receptionist Cum Telecaller

About the Role

Join the Renault Car Service Center team located on Phaltan - Baramati Rd, Pune, as a Receptionist. In this full-time position, you will serve as the primary contact for customers, facilitating a welcoming and efficient service experience for vehicle maintenance and repairs.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and address their questions regarding service offerings, appointments, and vehicle repairs.
• Manage incoming communications including phone calls, emails, and online inquiries, directing them to relevant departments.
• Organize and schedule service appointments effectively.
• Keep the reception area tidy and well-maintained.
• Collaborate with service advisors and support staff to update customers about their vehicles' status.
• Ensure precise entry of customer information and maintain up-to-date records of service visits.
• Help resolve customer feedback and complaints promptly.
• Perform routine administrative tasks such as filing, billing, and payment processing.
• Coordinate office supply needs with the office support personnel.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Completion of high school education or a comparable qualification.
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers.
• Strong organizational talents and capability to handle multiple duties simultaneously.
• Basic knowledge of automotive services and terminology is desirable but not mandatory.
• Competency with MS Office suite and fundamental computer operations.
• Capability to maintain composure and professionalism in a high-speed environment.
