Receptionist Cum Telecaller

About the Role

We seek a friendly, energetic, and well-organized Receptionist to serve as the initial contact point for gym members and visitors. Candidates should demonstrate excellent communication prowess, a customer-centric mindset, and efficient handling of front desk activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome and attend to members, guests, and visitors.
• Efficiently manage front desk operations including check-ins and check-outs.
• Provide detailed information about membership options and gym facilities to potential members.
• Follow up with prospects to assist in membership conversions.
• Manage communication via phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and general inquiries.
• Organize appointments and personal trainer sessions.
• Maintain and update membership records accurately.
• Oversee membership renewals and reminders for expiring subscriptions.
• Collaborate with gym trainers and staff for seamless daily workflow.
• Handle billing processes, payments, receipts, and related documentation.
• Address member issues and escalate when necessary.
• Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Support basic administrative and operational duties as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum education: 12th pass; graduation is preferred.
• 0–2 years’ experience in reception, customer service, hospitality, sales, or similar roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication capabilities.
• Comfortable interacting with customers in person, phone, and through WhatsApp.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace.
• Good organizational and multitasking skills.
• Professional appearance with polite, confident, and customer-friendly demeanor.
• Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends if necessary.
• Experience in gyms, fitness centers, salons, or customer-oriented sectors is advantageous.
