Receptionist cum Delivery Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a versatile and energetic Receptionist cum Delivery Executive to join our Pizza Quick Service Restaurant located in Patrakar Colony, Jaipur. This unique position involves managing front-desk reception duties and billing during busy dining times and performing local pizza deliveries as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and courteously, handle inbound phone inquiries, and assist patrons with menu selections.
• Use the POS system competently for order entry, payment collection, and handling cash or digital payments.
• Oversee the flow of online orders from platforms such as Swiggy and Zomato; liaise with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and safe packaging of pizzas.
• Execute local deliveries of hot pizzas within Patrakar Colony and Mansarovar areas, ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and safe transportation.

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of a valid two-wheeler driving license and a clean driving record.
• Familiarity with basic computer operations needed to manage POS billing and online delivery dashboards.
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi; polite and professional demeanor suitable for direct customer interaction.
• High levels of energy, time management, punctuality, and capability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
