About the Role

Join Welcome Break as a Hotel Receptionist, where you'll be the first friendly face our guests encounter and the helpful voice assisting them throughout their stay at Ramada Bristol West Hotel. This position offers immediate starts and flexible hours, including both full-time and part-time options. Compensation includes a competitive hourly wage up to £12.85, along with an additional £1 meal allowance for every shift worked.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and manage their check-ins and check-outs efficiently to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience.
• Process bookings and payments accurately while also responding to phone calls and guest inquiries.
• Maintain an organized, tidy, and welcoming reception environment.
• Adhere to health, safety, and security protocols, conduct necessary checks as trained, and escalate any guest concerns professionally and promptly.
