About the Location

AMAALA, located on Saudi Arabia’s northwest coast, offers some of the most varied and pristine natural environments suited for holistic wellness tourism. The Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay will feature 220 rooms and suites, private pool villas, and 26 branded residential villas, all designed to overlook stunning bay and sea vistas.

The resort will house a luxury spa set in a serene garden with a sculptural waterfall, offering diverse therapeutic treatments such as halotherapy, cryotherapy, and advanced skin therapies. Fitness facilities include a partnership with trainer Harley Pasternak, combining elite training with access to 741 acres of natural trails ideal for hiking, canyoning, mountain biking, and equestrian activities. Additional amenities include a 27-hole oceanfront golf course.

Position Summary

The Receiving Clerk plays a vital role in the hotel’s operational success by managing incoming goods delivery processes. This includes thorough inspection, precise record-keeping, and coordination with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure timely, accurate inventories aligned with quality and quantity standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct receiving and detailed inspections of incoming shipments, verifying against purchase orders and delivery documentation.
  • Assess quality, quantity, and condition of goods received to uphold standards.
  • Accurately document and update inventory management systems with received items.
  • Liaise with Procurement, Stores, Finance, and operational teams regarding deliveries and any inconsistencies.
  • Report and pursue resolutions for damaged, missing, or incorrect items.
  • Ensure goods are stored and handled following company protocols to maintain quality and safety.
  • Maintain comprehensive records and receiving documentation.
  • Participate in inventory counts and stock control activities as necessary.
  • Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and security guidelines.

Candidate Qualifications

  • Previous experience in receiving, inventory control, or related roles, ideally within the hospitality sector.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and precise record-keeping capabilities.
  • Fundamental understanding of inventory management and receipt procedures.
  • Strong organizational skills and effective time management.
  • Capability to perform efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced workplace.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory tracking systems.
  • Physical ability to handle goods safely and as required.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Arabic is essential.
