About the Role

High Street Realtors is seeking a dynamic, motivated, and goal-driven Real Estate Sales Agent to join our team in Zirakpur. The ideal candidate should be energetic and results-focused, eager to drive sales and cultivate strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage incoming property inquiries and convert leads into site visits.
• Assess client requirements thoroughly to recommend appropriate properties.
• Conduct professional property site visits and effectively present projects to clients.
• Continuously follow up with clients to build and maintain lasting relationships.
• Negotiate deals with clients and provide support to finalize sales transactions.
• Keep detailed and accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales efforts.

Candidate Qualifications

• Possession of a two-wheeler or four-wheeler vehicle is mandatory.
• Strong familiarity with Zirakpur and adjacent localities including VIP Road, Airport Road, Patiala Road, Ambala Road, Dhakoli, Peer Muchalla, Baltana, Derabassi, Mohali, Kharar, and Chandigarh.
• Experience in hardcore sales is essential.
• Background in real estate sales preferred, however, candidates with experience in automobile, insurance, banking, telecom, FMCG, or any other target-driven sales sectors will be considered.
• Preference given to candidates with an aggressive sales mindset and a proven history of deal closures.
