About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Female Real Estate Property Advisor to join our team located in Sector 62, Noida. The role focuses on converting property inquiries into confirmed sales by managing the entire sales cycle and assisting customers with their property needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Transform incoming property inquiries into verified leads.
• Conduct follow-ups to convert leads into site visits and closed deals.
• Manage the sales process from initial inquiry through to sale completion.
• Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate properties or plots.
• Maintain consistent communication with potential buyers.
• Provide client support and guidance throughout the property purchase journey.

Candidate Profile

• At least 1 year of experience in real estate sales, preferably with plot/property sales expertise.
• Strong communication and persuasive skills to effectively engage clients and finalize sales.
• Residents near Sector 62, Noida or adjacent areas are highly preferred due to commuting considerations.

Compensation and Additional Information

• Initial monthly salary starting at ₹15,000, with possible increases based on experience and skillset.
• Onsite work required at office located in Sector 62, Noida.
