Position Overview
We are seeking a Real Estate Closing Manager responsible for engaging with customers at the designated project site, providing comprehensive presentations, addressing inquiries, and ensuring clear and transparent communication to facilitate bookings.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers at the assigned location.
- Deliver detailed information and presentations about the real estate project.
- Address and resolve any questions or concerns customers may have.
- Maintain open and transparent communication to encourage successful deal closures.
- Strive to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Cultivate and nurture enduring client relationships to bolster referral opportunities.
- Utilize CRM software daily for progress and activity reporting.
Compensation
The monthly salary offered ranges from 25,000 to 55,000 INR.
