Real Estate Agent

Position Overview

We are looking for Real Estate Agents to become part of our founding team in Dubai, UAE. This is a commission-based opportunity available to both seasoned professionals and individuals eager to launch a committed career in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads and diligently follow up with prospective clients
• Coordinate and conduct property viewings for interested buyers or renters
• Provide clients with guidance on property pricing and available options
• Negotiate terms and conditions of deals effectively
• Manage Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) and tenancy agreements
• Maintain and update CRM system records regularly

Candidate Requirements

• Fluency in English is essential
• Excellent communication skills to engage with clients confidently
• Strong negotiation abilities
• Highly self-motivated and proactive work ethic
• Possession of a UAE driving license is preferred
• RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Agency) license is advantageous
