About the Role
We seek a seasoned R&D and Product Development Specialist skilled in creating and enhancing products like Agarbatti, Incense, Pooja items, Fragrances, Perfumery, and similar categories.
Primary Duties
- Innovate and refine various products such as Agarbatti, Dhoopbatti, Incense Cones, Sambarani, Dasangam, Camphor, Hawan Samagri, Pooja essentials, Perfumes, Scents, and Cosmetics.
- Create new products that align with evolving market trends and customer preferences.
- Conduct research into new raw materials, formulations, and fragrance options.
- Enhance the quality, effectiveness, shelf life, and cost efficiency of existing products.
- Analyze competitors’ offerings to uncover fresh sales and marketing opportunities.
- Collaborate with production, sales, and marketing teams to launch products with strong market demand and commercial viability.
- Support the expansion of the company’s product lineup and drive growth across retail, wholesale, and both online and offline sales channels.
Experience Requirements
A minimum of three years of professional experience in research and development or product development involving relevant product categories is necessary.
