Radiology Technologist (Full-Time)

Overview

Trillium Health Partners is seeking experienced Radiology Technologists specializing in X-ray to join the Diagnostic Imaging Program at Credit Valley Hospital. This full-time role involves working in a dynamic hospital environment serving diverse communities in Mississauga and West Toronto. Candidates must be adaptable to work across various hospital sites within the network and may be cross-trained in other imaging modalities to support operational demands.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a wide variety of radiographic procedures with proficiency in all general radiography equipment.
• Maintain a safe environment for patients, colleagues, and visitors.
• Assist in assessment and adoption of new imaging equipment and procedural updates.
• Collaborate effectively with diagnostic imaging team members to optimize resource utilization.
• Contribute to a patient- and customer-focused service delivery approach.
• Fulfill additional duties as assigned by the department.

Qualifications and Skills

• Current and valid registration with C.M.R.I.T.O. and C.A.M.R.T.
• Experience and solid expertise in diverse general radiography practices preferred.
• Strong organizational capabilities paired with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to provide compassionate patient care within a collaborative team environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a commitment to exceptional customer service.
• Consistent positive work attendance record is essential.

Work Conditions and Additional Information

• Position requires availability across all shifts including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and on-call duties with a minimum of 15 working hours per pay period.
• Assigned work locations may be changed as operational needs demand across the Trillium Health Partners netwerk.
