Position Overview

We are seeking a full-time, permanent Radiation Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team in Campbelltown, Sydney, NSW. This role entails delivering top-tier radiation therapy services, including simulation, planning, and treatment across diverse radiotherapy techniques. Primary Duties

  • Deliver safe, patient-focused radiation therapy encompassing simulation, planning, and treatment delivery stages.
  • Uphold exceptional patient care standards and continuously improve service quality and patient experience.
  • Contribute to a team culture focused on high performance and excellence in patient care and professional growth.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to meet patient needs efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications and Experience Required

  • Demonstrated proficiency in radiation therapy treatment delivery and planning across various radiotherapy methods.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Comprehensive understanding of quality radiation therapy services aligned with ACHS national standards.
  • A collaborative approach to multidisciplinary team work, keeping patient well-being central to decision-making.
  • High motivation, adaptability, and enthusiasm to thrive in a supportive clinical environment.
  • Current registration with AHPRA as a radiation therapist and a valid NSW Radiation Use Licence.
  • Clear Criminal Record and valid Health Care Workers vaccination proof as per Public Health Order requirements.
