Role Overview
We are currently expanding and seeking a Quantity Surveyor located in Ireland. This represents an exceptional opportunity to join a leading Tier 1 company and contribute to diverse large-scale projects including high-rise residential and commercial developments.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all commercial aspects of projects are managed effectively for successful delivery.
- Control costs and guarantee budget adherence throughout project lifespan.
- Produce precise and insightful reports regarding commercial project performance.
- Manage the preparation and assessment of subcontracting packages while supporting the preparation of interim and final valuations.
- Support the Senior Contract Surveyor in mentoring and motivating the surveyor team.
Requirements
- Possess a relevant third-level degree qualification.
- At least five years of professional experience, ideally within a main contracting environment.
- Experience with construction or civil engineering projects is advantageous.
- Chartered status or progression towards chartership is expected.
- Strong interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in IT applications relevant to the role.
