Primary Responsibilities
- Compile comprehensive Bills of Quantities for various project types, including industrial, commercial, fit-out, and residential, detailing all components necessary for construction.
- Support the Sales team with technical expertise to ensure accurate communication of project details to clients and participate in client meetings when required.
- Secure competitive pricing from suppliers and subcontractors by itemizing costs for materials, labor, and equipment thoughtfully.
- Contribute to cost analysis for project tasks to maintain efficient budget control.
- Assist in identifying and evaluating commercial risks and help formulate strategies to manage them.
- Help prepare progress and cost tracking reports during project execution.
