• Compiling comprehensive Bills of Quantities for various projects including industrial, commercial, fit-outs, and residential, carefully itemizing all components essential for construction.
• Providing technical assistance to the sales team to accurately communicate project details to clients and participating in client meetings when necessary.
• Securing competitive pricing from suppliers and subcontractors by itemizing costs related to materials, labor, and equipment appropriately.
• Supporting cost analysis exercises related to project work.
• Helping to identify, evaluate, and formulate strategies to mitigate commercial risks.
• Assisting with the preparation of progress and cost reporting.
