About the Role
We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established, award-winning surveying firm known for its expertise across diverse sectors including commercial offices, hotels, leisure facilities, luxury residential, and student accommodation. This role is based in Glasgow within a small, close-knit team offering a positive work environment and opportunities for career progression and training. The company operates independently and values hands-on involvement and client interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of Bills of Quantities for various projects.
- Developing tender specifications aligned with project requirements.
- Implementing cost planning and generating financial reports to monitor project expenditures.
- Managing client relations and meetings to ensure their needs are met effectively.
- Working primarily Monday to Friday, with a mix of office and site presence.
Candidate Profile
- Qualified Quantity Surveyor eager to engage in commercial project assignments.
- Possession of a full UK driving license is mandatory.
- Ability to undertake projects independently while collaborating with senior team members as required.
Additional Information
The position offers a salary range of £45,000 to £50,000 per annum, complemented by training opportunities, career progression, and company benefits. The remuneration will be tailored based on experience, qualifications, and skills.
