About the Company
De Expert Group International is a leading civil engineering and construction company based in Cochin, Kerala. Founded in 2017, the firm focuses on expert quantity surveying and cost estimation for various architectural, structural, and interior projects, delivering outstanding professional services.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate quantity take-offs for civil engineering projects.
- Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs) outlining project costs.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Candidates must be currently living in Kerala to facilitate immediate joining and physical verification.
- Possess a B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Having a specialized Quantity Surveying certification or completed course is strongly preferred.
- Basic skills in MS Excel and AutoCAD are required; familiarity with PlanSwift software is a significant advantage.
- Strong numerical aptitude, meticulous attention to detail, and effective communication skills are essential.
- Open to fresh graduates or those with internship experience in relevant fields.
