Quantity Surveyor

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Sapc India in Bengaluru, Karnataka. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and monitoring project quantities and commercial documentation to ensure accurate billing and project costing.

Key Responsibilities

• Compile quantity take-offs and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) based on construction drawings and project specifications.
• Assess completed work and generate quantity measurement statements.
• Track project quantities accurately against the BOQ and issued work orders.
• Collaborate closely with site staff, planning, and project teams to validate measurements and quantities.
• Produce detailed quantity reports and any additional commercial documents as required.

Qualifications and Skills

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
• Between 2 to 5 years of practical experience in construction or industrial project environments.
• Strong understanding of BOQ preparation, quantity measurement, and billing processes.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel is desirable.
• Experience working on industrial or petrochemical project sites is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and coordination capabilities.

Compensation

The role offers a monthly salary ranging from INR 20,000 to INR 30,000.
