Role Overview
We are seeking a full-time Quantity Surveyor based in Riyadh to oversee project cost management throughout the construction lifecycle. This position requires handling budget estimates, cost monitoring, BOQ preparation, and financial reporting to ensure projects remain within budget and deliver optimum value. The Quantity Surveyor will work closely with project teams to enhance cost efficiency at every phase.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing comprehensive Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for projects.
- Performing detailed cost analyses and managing project budgets.
- Generating financial reports to track and report on project expenditures.
- Collaborating with project stakeholders to maintain financial control during construction.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Expertise in cost control and cost management methodologies.
- Experience preparing and interpreting Bills of Quantities.
- Proficiency in cost planning and reporting to support project financial oversight.
- High attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and excellent organizational abilities.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills for stakeholder collaboration.
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related discipline.
- Professional certifications like RICS are advantageous.
- Previous experience in the construction industry or project environments.
