Job Overview
We are looking for skilled Quantity Surveyors to efficiently manage the estimation and billing processes on construction projects in Bengaluru, India.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQs) and precise quantity estimation for projects.
- Billing procedures for clients and contractors, including interim payments and RA bills.
- Performing rate analysis to evaluate costs accurately.
- Managing material reconciliations and ensuring proper work order management.
- Generation of Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) and BBQs to support project requirements.
- Producing detailed cost estimates and handling contractor-related billing tasks.
