Key Responsibilities

• Develop, design, and implement optimized code modules for low-latency, high-throughput production trading and research systems.
• Manage production monitoring and automate routine tasks to streamline daily workflows.
• Create systems facilitating efficient retrieval and use of historical market data and running trading simulations.
• Develop risk management and performance analytics tools to aid the trading operations.
• Stay informed on leading-edge technologies relevant to high-performance computing.
• Work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong initiative.

Qualifications and Required Skills

• At least 2 years of professional experience in software development, preferably utilizing C++.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in computer science or a related discipline.
• Proficient in Linux operating system environments.
• Strong programming skills in C/C++ and Python.
• Excellent troubleshooting capabilities and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage multiple concurrent tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced context.
• Willingness to undertake a variety of responsibilities, regardless of size or complexity.
• Fluent in English with strong communication abilities.

Prior financial industry experience is not required for this role.
