Role Overview

The Qualmark Specialist is instrumental in providing accurate and timely online evaluations of member businesses, primarily in accommodation and experience sectors. This position involves reviewing member business performance against Qualmark's Sustainable Business Standards and delivering constructive feedback to facilitate continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage an assigned online portfolio of Qualmark member accounts, performing comprehensive quality reviews.
  • Assess businesses through online evaluations to determine compliance with Qualmark standards.
  • Conduct preparation by reviewing historical data and prior member interactions.
  • Generate clear, constructive reports highlighting where standards are unmet and suggesting improvements.
  • Identify opportunities to add value through practical pathways for member advancement.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships encouraging ongoing engagement with Qualmark.
  • Maintain precise records of interactions and reviews within CRM platforms.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate combines excellent interpersonal skills with strong sector knowledge and review capabilities. Effective communication, particularly in written business reporting, and a customer-centered approach are essential. Previous experience in tourism operations, especially in accommodation or visitor experience sectors, is highly advantageous.
