Job Overview

Dusad Agrofood Private Limited is seeking a Quality Supervisor based in Jaipur, Rajasthan to oversee and ensure the quality standards of raw materials, processes, and finished products in our food production operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and assess the quality of incoming raw materials, items in processing, and final products.
• Verify that the products comply with the company's quality benchmarks and specifications.
• Inspect spices quality throughout stages such as cleaning, grinding, mixing, and packaging.
• Perform regular inspections and sample testing to maintain quality consistency.
• Maintain detailed batch-wise documentation of quality checks and inspection outcomes.
• Identify and resolve quality-related issues promptly through corrective measures.
• Ensure the hygiene and cleanliness of production environments.
• Oversee appropriate storage conditions for raw materials and finished goods to preserve quality.
• Liaise with Production and Maintenance teams to address quality concerns.
• Monitor accuracy of product weight, packaging, labeling, and batch identification.
• Manage and respond to customer complaints regarding product quality and report analysis findings.
• Ensure strict adherence to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and food safety norms.
• Compile and submit daily and monthly quality reports to management.
• Work towards minimizing product rejection, material wastage, and losses related to quality defects.
• Implement and oversee quality control protocols effectively across operations.
