Quality Manager

Role Overview

The Quality Manager will spearhead the execution and upkeep of ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standards within the organization. The individual will oversee internal auditing processes, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and the governance of documentation to ensure consistent quality management practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the ISO/IEC 17025:2017 implementation and continuous maintenance efforts.
• Oversee internal audits and manage CAPA processes effectively.
• Maintain control over quality system documentation and records.
• Coordinate external NABL assessments, proficiency testing, and perform measurement uncertainty evaluations.
• Provide training and mentorship to calibration team members.

Qualifications & Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in calibration and quality system management is required.
• Proficient hands-on experience with conducting NABL audits and managing Quality Management System (QMS) documentation.
• Strong communication abilities along with leadership skills.
• Adept at preparing and managing technical documentation pertinent to quality assurance.
