Quality Inspector

Job Overview

We are looking for a meticulous Quality Inspector to join our production team at Best Kitchenette in Nashik, Maharashtra. The role involves inspective evaluation and monitoring of furniture panels throughout the production process to ensure they meet the approved standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect and monitor the quality of furniture panels during different stages of manufacturing.
• Examine panels for correct dimensions, cutting accuracy, edge binding, lamination, finishing, and surface imperfections.
• Conduct routine quality checks on panels at varying production phases.
• Detect and document defective materials, panels, or finished products and report these issues promptly to relevant teams.
• Ensure that production adheres strictly to approved designs, specifications, and quality benchmarks.
• Collaborate effectively with the production team to meet quality requirements.
• Perform daily quality inspections and keep track of production quality standards.
• Maintain detailed records regarding rejected, reworked, or approved furniture panels.
• Oversee proper handling of materials to prevent damage and maintain quality.
• Coordinate with the Production, Purchasing, and Site teams on issues related to product quality.
• Implement corrective measures and monitor recurrence of quality problems.
• Minimize rejection rates, wastage, and rework within the production process.
• Prepare and submit regular quality assessments and reports for management review.
