Key Details

• Location: Onsite at Dublin city centre (no remote work option available)
• Salary: 2,667 per year
• Shifts: Full-time 40 hours per week, shifts starting between 7am and 10pm, Monday to Sunday
• Training: Four weeks onsite in Dublin
• Contract: Permanent
• Mandatory background checks including right to work, criminal record, credit, and any other required checks
• Note: No requests for time off or holidays allowed during the initial 8-week training period

Responsibilities

You will support quality review processes for client workflows managed globally, including:

• Content moderation covering sensitive topics such as organization or threats of violence, self-harm promotion, organizing theft or fraud, impersonation, hate speech, phishing, child exploitation, nudity, sexual solicitation and others as agreed
• ID reviews and authenticity/access flow assessments
• Handling escalations
• Supporting quality review in client special operations including viral/meme content (HERO) and dangerous organizations (DOI)
• Maintaining cultural and regional awareness critical to applying nuanced policy decisions according to client abuse standards

Eligibility and Requirements

• Prior experience as a content moderator is mandatory with verifiable evidence
• Applicants must have valid and ongoing permission to work in Ireland; work permit sponsorship is not available
• Successful candidates must meet specific language proficiency thresholds beyond standard assessments
• Necessary security and background checks will be conducted before joining
