Quality Data Analyst Engineer

Job Overview

We seek a motivated Quality Data Analyst Engineer to drive quality data analytics and develop algorithms supporting quality management within semiconductor manufacturing. The role involves collaborating across teams such as integration, module, and quality groups to enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality excellence. Candidates will maintain system operations ownership to ensure sustained performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality data analysis and develop related algorithms.
• Support the quality management team through close collaboration with integration, module, and quality teams to achieve excellence in productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
• Take ownership of system operations and maintenance to ensure stability.

Essential Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree or higher in statistics-related fields such as Mathematics, Statistics, or Computer Science.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a data analyst, skilled in data cleaning, defining data schemas, and summarizing data to resolve common issues.
• Proactive and hands-on problem solver with a strong sense of ownership to identify and resolve issues effectively.
• Effective communication skills to interact with fabrication users and IT teams.
• Candidates with semiconductor experience are not eligible; preference given to individuals with knowledge in data analysis and algorithm development.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience as a semiconductor data analyst and reviewing quality systems.
• Knowledge of fab quality systems, system function design, and data analytic techniques.
• Familiarity with Business Intelligence (BI) tools and analytical software.
