Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA) activities within the team.
• Ensure completion of critical orders and resolve operational issues effectively.
• Analyze production data statistically to support the supervisor in optimizing production processes and technologies.
• Manage or contribute to multiple project promotions to meet project goals.
• Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs), consolidate work experience, and train junior staff members.
• Assist in quality monitoring and safety inspections, promptly addressing any issues found.
• Perform additional duties as delegated by the supervisor.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in cell biology, molecular biology, biomedicine, or related fields.
• Proficiency in laboratory techniques including SDS-PAGE, Western blot, LC-MS, and HPLC for protein analysis.
• Strong problem-solving and project management abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective team collaboration capabilities.
