Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA) activities within the team.
- Ensure completion of critical orders and resolve operational issues effectively.
- Analyze production data statistically to support the supervisor in optimizing production processes and technologies.
- Manage or contribute to multiple project promotions to meet project goals.
- Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs), consolidate work experience, and train junior staff members.
- Assist in quality monitoring and safety inspections, promptly addressing any issues found.
- Perform additional duties as delegated by the supervisor.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in cell biology, molecular biology, biomedicine, or related fields.
- Proficiency in laboratory techniques including SDS-PAGE, Western blot, LC-MS, and HPLC for protein analysis.
- Strong problem-solving and project management abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective team collaboration capabilities.
