Overview
Rameshwar Infra Creation LLP seeks a dedicated Quality Control Engineer based in Kasindra, Ahmedabad, to oversee and ensure superior quality in civil construction projects. The role involves thorough inspection, monitoring, documentation, and adherence to quality norms across all construction phases.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed quality inspections during all phases of civil works such as excavation, RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, and finishing.
- Verify that construction outcomes align precisely with approved drawings, technical standards, and quality benchmarks.
- Perform inspection and monitoring of reinforcing elements, shuttering, concrete composition, and curing processes to uphold structural integrity.
- Supervise finish works including brickwork, tiling, painting, and waterproofing to maintain high workmanship and rectify defects.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation, including quality reports, checklists, and test results, while tracking and resolving non-conformance issues.
- Coordinate with laboratories for material testing and ensure compliance with IS codes and company quality policies.
- Manage vendor assessments and material approvals to uphold project quality standards.
Required Knowledge and Skills
- Thorough understanding of RCC, masonry, waterproofing techniques, and finishing processes.
- Expertise in construction quality standards, inspection methods, and IS codes.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately.
- Strong analytical aptitude paired with excellent reporting and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and quality documentation procedures.
Preferred Experience
- Prior work experience in premium residential bungalow construction projects.
- Familiarity with quality audits and quality management systems.
- Experience managing contractor compliance and conducting site inspections related to quality.
Salary and Location
Salary is competitive and will be adjusted based on candidate experience and current compensation details. The position is located at Kasindra, Ahmedabad.
