Quality Control Engineer

Job Overview

The main objective of this role is to verify that electrical installations conform to quality standards by performing inspections, tests, and ensuring adherence to all authorized specifications and relevant codes.

Key Duties

• Execute Material Inspection Requests (MIR) and assess related test and warranty documents.
• Develop and enforce Inspection and Test Plans (ITP) to guide quality assurance activities.
• Initiate and resolve Work Inspection Requests (WIR/RFI) to maintain work quality transparency.
• Arrange and participate in witness inspections alongside clients and consultants.
• Generate and follow up on Non-Conformance Reports (NCR), including Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAR/PAR).
• Provide assistance during Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), and monitor calibration schedules for onsite equipment.
• Keep comprehensive logs of MIR/WIR activities and prepare periodic progress documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) standards at the workplace.

Requirements

• Applicants must be Saudi nationals exclusively.
• A university degree in Electrical Engineering is mandatory.
• Possess at least two years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control roles.
• Approval or registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) is obligatory.
• Proficiency in the English language is required.
