Role Overview

The Quality Control Assistant position is a full-time, on-location role based in Abu Dhabi. This role involves assisting the quality assurance team by inspecting materials, parts, and finished products to ensure adherence to company requirements and project criteria. Responsibilities include performing routine inspections, recording inspection outcomes, aiding in laboratory testing as necessary, and reporting any discrepancies to supervisors. Collaboration with engineering, production, and safety departments to implement corrective measures, manage quality documentation, and support continuous improvement efforts is key. The role may also support internal audits and assist in preparing quality documentation for clients and regulatory authorities.

• Proficient in Quality Control and Assurance practices with the capacity to follow defined procedures and standards.
• Strong analytical aptitude to examine data, detect anomalies, and assist in root cause investigations.
• Clear communication skills for effective teamwork and reporting of findings.
